Office Receptionist

Bizal Mfg. is looking for someone to provide general administration and office support to the Operational Facilities Manager and to the wider service management teams. You must be able to navigate email and have computer skills. Your duties will include greeting customers and visitors, providing advice, assistance, and direction when possible. You will also be asked to enter new orders into the system, make packing slips, and send invoices to customers off of our Jobboss management system.
