```Job Summary```
Assist in maintaining an organized flow the of the office setting.
```Duties```
- Answering telephone and greeting customers.
-Ensures that all messages are directed to the appropriate person
-Greeting employees and clients and contacting the appropriate office staff when needed.
-Monitor office supply levels and report to supervisor when items need to be reordered.
-Manage appropriate home documents and disperse as requested.
-Maintain an active social media account (Facebook) for Heartland.
-Maintain and update the company website.
-Assist with new hire training.
-Copy and distribute paperwork as needed.
-Assist in planning company events.
-Coordinate vendors for events and/or office needs.
-Ensures all exterior doors are locked when office is closed.
-Other duties as assigned.
