Our Lady of Mercy Country Home is currently seeking a Front Desk associate to work in our Independent Living community with. In this role, You are an integral part of daily operations and will interact with residents, staff ,visitors, vendors and family. This is a people first job- and duties vary. Generally your tasks include:
-Answering and routing calls
-Monitoring residents emergency pendants
-Observe security cameras
-Entering work orders
-Route delivered packages
-Smile, be friendly and professional
You won't get bored in this Job!
Right now, the position is Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Skills
Proven working experience in relevant field
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Helpful, with customer service orientation
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Proficient in the English language
- Be a team player
- Excellent communication
