Medical Office Receptionist

Children's Mercy-Redwood Pediatrics is a busy outpatient pediatric practice. We are in need of a MedicalOffice Receptionistwho is organized, detail-oriented, and easily builds rapport. Receptionists represent Redwood to patients and their families and are responsible for administrative and clerical duties that support the clinic's daily operations.

A Medical Office Receptionist at Redwood Pediatrics will:

• Manage all front office functions including patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones
• Manage filing and retrieving medical records and patient information
• Collect patient payments
• Provide excellent customer service in a professional atmosphere

Employee may be scheduled at either clinic location, located in the Liberty and Parkville areas.

Please note that all Redwood Pediatrics employees must show proof of COVID19 vaccination, as well as receive annual flu vaccination.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 – 25 per week
