This entry level position in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) earns $16.50 to $19.00 per hour, depending on education and experience. WORK SCHEDULE FOR A PART TIME BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
A Part TimeBehavior Technician is guaranteed 20-30 hours per week. No weekend or evening sessions! We are currently hiring for the following schedule:
- Afternoon Block Schedule: Monday through Friday 11:45am to 5:15pm each day

We pair Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) (the science of learning) with Precision Teaching (PT) (the science of teaching) to provide highly effective services to our learners, children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our highly trained team works together to meet the unique intellectual, social, behavioral, and emotional needs of each learner we serve. Precision Teaching methodologies empower our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to make moment to moment independent data based clinical decisions in their Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions with learners. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
Our Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work one on one with children between the ages of two (2) years old to twelve (12) years old providing early intervention behavioral therapy. Our team teaches learners on the autism spectrum new adaptive skills like language, functional communication, functional play, pro-social behaviors, self-help, and more!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree required)
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
