Wynn's Products Northeast is the northeast distributor in North America of Wynn's products. Automotive Chemical Technology Solutions is a sub-distributor of Wynn's Products Northeast. We are a small, family company that believes in providing top quality service and value.
The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration duties and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
***You must be skilled with QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite to qualify for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
· Executive Assistant: You will be the Executive Assistant to the Owner and Sales Manager.
· Accounts Receivable: You will be responsible for Accounts Receivable. You will process payments from car dealerships and other sub-distributors. You will be responsible for making bank deposits. You will be expected to follow-up with accounts that are past due in payments.
· Accounts Payable: You will be responsible for paying all bills associated with both ACTS and WPN.
· Invoice Management & RPW: Training will be provided on how to create RPW's.
· Payroll: responsible for processing payroll through ADP. Payroll is done biweekly.
· Other Financial Responsibilities: Other financial responsibilities that you have will include bank reconciliations, CT Petroleum Use Tax, NJ Sales Tax, PA Sales Tax, CT Sales & Use Tax, and 1099 forms. Will train on how to do this.
