Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing schedules, coordinating events, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management.
Duties:
- Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Surety Bonds is a plus
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team
