Role Overview

As our Marketing Manager / CMO, you will play a crucial role in the leadership team, representing the marketing and lead generation functions. Your mission will be responsible for developing and executing our overall marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness. You will oversee all marketing initiatives, including budgeting, market research, advertising, and digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that ties together digital and non-digital elements to support the company's growth objectives.
• Build our thought leadership presence through podcasts, engaging educational content, videos, and speaking engagements.
• Craft and execute an outbound marketing strategy while bolstering our inbound marketing efforts to generate leads and drive growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Manage and work closely with our marketing team and external vendors to ensure strategy execution.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns as well as providing reporting to the leadership team.
• Sit at the leadership table, providing insights and strategic direction for the marketing and lead generation functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in B2B service businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that combine digital and traditional methods.
• Excellent budgeting skills to effectively allocate resources for maximum impact.
• Strong background in content creation, thought leadership, and public speaking engagements.
• Proficient in copywriting and content creation for different channels.
• Experience in managing teams and coordinating with vendors to achieve marketing objectives.
• Passion for marketing, generating results, and utilizing modern marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
