Job Description
OASAS licensed outpatient substance use disorder and mental health treatment facilities seeking experienced Office Managers to join our team in our Brooklyn locations – Brooklyn Heights and Brighton Beach.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing day to day operations of the outpatient clinic
- Supervising Front Desk Support Staff
- Communication with patients and ability to work under crisis situations
- Responding to public inquiries.
- Insurance Certifications and Authorizations
- Ensuring excellent customer services
- Data Entry
- Data reporting
- Working on ongoing projects
- Other responsibilities apply
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Office administration
- Experience hiring and supervising staff members
- Experience with disciplinary actions and HR procedures
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Decision making skills
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer proficient
- Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
