Office Manager - Oral Surgical Dental Office

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

We are working closely with a leading oral surgery office in Buffalo Grove that utilizes advanced digital and robotic technology in a fast faced EMR environment. They are looking to bring on a new Office Manager to join their team where everyone feels like a close family in a collaborative environment. They are looking for someone who is career minded., self-driven, organized, friendly and patient focused while being the face of the practice. Our client is looking for a right-hand person to serve as a “Goodwill Ambassador” to help continue to build the practice through customer service, client engagement and strong people skills while managing and motivating the staff. We need someone who can offer proactive ideas to help keep the office running smoothly, is a team player with a can-do and willing to learn attitude. Some of the duties and responsibilities may include providing hands-on leadership to a team of 6-8 team members, making financial arrangements with patients for treatment, invoicing and account reconciliation, positing payments, coordinating with collections on past due accounts. This role will help assist doctors as needed and serve as a liaison between doctors and team. This person will help maintain an organized and cohesive office while ensuring e-file systems are kept up to date, order and maintain supply inventory and handling office situations that may arise with patients.
