- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space, including managing supplies and equipment.

2. Strong Organizational Skills:
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in managing calendars, appointments, and tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events efficiently.

3. PR and Client Relationship Management:
- Utilize strong PR skills to maintain positive relationships with current clientele.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.

4. Job Costing:
- Take a lead role in job costing processes, ensuring accurate and transparent financial tracking.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
