1. Office Management:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized office space, including managing supplies and equipment.
• Streamline administrative processes to improve overall workflow.

2. Strong Organizational Skills:

• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in managing calendars, appointments, and tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events efficiently.
• Implement systems to enhance office organization and optimize productivity.

3. PR and Client Relationship Management:

• Utilize strong PR skills to maintain positive relationships with current clientele.
• Act as a liaison between the company and clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Identify opportunities for client engagement and satisfaction.

4. Job Costing:

• Take a lead role in job costing processes, ensuring accurate and transparent financial tracking.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to analyze project costs and provide regular reports.
• Implement strategies to optimize job costing efficiency.

5. QuickBooks and Accounting:

• Proficient in using QuickBooks for accurate financial record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company financial policies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage accounts payable and receivable.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software.
