SalaryEstablished dental practice is searching for a multi-talented person with excellent verbal and people skills. The position calls for a team leader who works closely with the doctor and the rest of the team assuring that all the business and clinical aspects of the practice function in an orderly and proficient manner to provide high-quality customer service. As the main conduit of information between the Doctor and the team, the Office Manager strives to bring out the best in the entire team. Must have financial/bookkeeping ability as well as experience in handling dental insurance, scheduling, treatment plan presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Need to be detail-oriented and well-organized with skills in time management, ability to handle data with confidentiality, and versatility in coordinating all administrative aspects of operation.
