The individual should have Dentrix experience and be a team player.
- Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office calendar and ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries
- Supervise and support administrative staff, including training, assigning tasks, and providing guidance
- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting guests, distributing mail, and managing deliveries
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with phone etiquette and professional customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
