Office Manager

We're looking for an Office Manager to answer phone and track calls and help facilitate our call center. Quickbooks online experience is preferred. Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience as well as book keeping and file maintenance. We'll be running a landscaping company, concrete and roofing under one roof so being a quick learner and willingness to learn new things is a plus

- Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Manage calendars and schedules for staff members
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
- Manage office filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws

- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Experience in supervising staff members and managing teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
