Duties and Responsibilities:
· Overseeing office operations
· First contact for tenants
· Liaising with contractors and vendors
· Handling financial tasks such as budgeting and invoicing
· Maintaining office equipment
· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
· Organizing and maintaining project documentation
· Facilitating communication between office and Property Manager
· Assisting with HR functions such as payroll and New Hire Documents
· Tracking Rent
· Data Entry
Qualifications:
· Requires a high level of attention to detail
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Microsoft Office proficient; Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
· General accounting experience
· Ability to offer exceptional customer service
· Experience with Tenant relations is preferred
