Office Manager For Orthodontic Practice

Coastal Orthodontic Care is an established private practice that has been serving Ventura County for 20 years. As our company continues to grow, so do the opportunities to grow our team. We are currently seeking someone with excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, resourcefulness, proven track record in office management and positive attitude to join our team as Office Manager.

The Office Manager’s main commitment is to ensure the overall success of the practice while delivering exceptional patient focused care and promoting the highest level of orthodontic services. The Office Manager position requires the ability to take ownership of overseeing all aspects of the practice: the clinical and non-clinical details of the day-to-day operations. This individual must be highly professional, forward thinking and self-motivated.

Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

· Patient Relations, Care, and Experience

· Leadership

· Team and Provider Services

· Consistency of Best Practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
