- Oversee and manage all aspects of the office operations
- Supervise and lead a team of clerical staff and field staff.
- Coordinate and plan office events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Perform various Admin duties and document management.
- Manage Human Resources
- Notary is helpful but not nesseary.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role in the construction field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal with patience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) QuickBooks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Experience in construction field a Plus
