Our growing construction client has an immediate need for a Office Manager/Bookkeeper with construction industry accounting experience.
Responsibilities:
• Perform AIA billing
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Job costing
• Process Weekly payroll
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Onboard new hires
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of construction bookkeeping experience
- AIA experience preferred.
Our client offers a salary of $55k - $65k and full benefits.
