We are a rapidly growing private investment firm, looking for an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, is open to providing a concierge level of administrative support, and have a willingness to take on new challenges on a daily basis.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Executive Manager, The Office Manager, will be responsible for coordinating and organizing various office operations as well as welcoming guests upon arrival to the office. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise sound judgment in a variety of situations, have excellent administrative and organizational skills, and can balance managing multiple priorities in a fluid environment.
Responsibilities:
· Welcome visitors and employees; notify team members when their guests have arrived
· Manage, identify, and fulfill inventory for all office and kitchen supplies
· Coordinate daily Executive lunch catering
· Provide light IT support. Troubleshoot and coordinate with the outside IT provider for assistance
· Responsible for mail, shipping, and messenger service requirements
· Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
· Assist in organizing various meetings, coordinating meeting schedules, and processing guest office/conference room reservations
· Facilitate catering for partner/guest meetings and events
· Assist Executives with administrative requests (travel support, light scheduling, expenses)
· Assist in logistics and coordination of in-house/off-site activities, meetings, and conferences
· Assist with onboarding of new employees and peripheral HR Support
· Responsible for facilities support and planning (moves, adds, and changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested

Required Skills/Experience:
· Ability to be in the office daily between the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00PM or 9:00AM to 5:30 PM.
· Technologically savvy; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); Candidate should have a strong ability to learn new applications and software.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
