Office Manager (3 Month Contract to Hire)
• Answer phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, printing, etc,
• Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare shipping labels and send out outgoing mail/package.
• Working knowledge of general office equipment
• Make travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
• Assist with employee engagement events and company-wide meetings.
• Comfortable taking on ad hoc tasks.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
• Calls for repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Provide information by answering questions and requests from employees.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking office supply stock, snacks, food, and beverage.
• Compensation: Hourly wage range $23-$25
Requirements and Skills
• This is a Monday-Friday in person role at our HQ in Milpitas, CA
• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to serve our employees.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with office management procedures.
• Good knowledge of MS Office software.
