Office Manager

We are looking to bring on an Office Manager and client experience specialist to our growing team! If you are looking to join a growing small business in the health, wellness, and fitness industry, this job is for you!

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and more for staff
- Oversee and manage office budgets and expenses
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism
- Supervise and train administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
