We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including onboarding new employees, dispatching technicians, scheduling appointments, handling customer service inquiries, and managing the office budget.

Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new hires
- Act as a backup dispatcher when needed and Train on all dispatch functions, including scheduling, routing, and communication with technicians
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Technician Scheduling & Time
- Client Contact upkeep
- Order shop Supplies
- Accounting & Payroll
- Other Duties:
- Handle funds, including collecting, reconciling, marking, and recording checks and cash
- Collect, reconcile, organize, and record vendor invoices
- Book and coordinate events for employees
- Process workman's compensation claims
- Run reports as needed
- Coordinate with dispatch/CSRs to answer questions and direct traffic
- Keep the shop organized and clean
- Work with Trade managers on managing technician profiles, business units, and board teams
- Maintain the whiteboard calendar and resource information
- Research abandoned/missed calls and reschedules
- Fix estimates built by CA
- Book install jobs
- Record-keeping, serial number recording
- Submit reimbursements
- Do check and cash deposits
- Follow up on open estimates and make follow-up calls
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in an office administration or customer service role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
