We're looking for a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented person to join our office team. The ideal candidate for this job has an eye for accuracy, attention to detail, and a background in financial record-keeping and analysis. Experience with QuickBooks and AP/AR along with HR & payroll is a MUST. We are a debt-free company which makes the accounting end of things relatively simple. 

Job Purpose:
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and staff.

Duties:

• Prepare company financial reports.
• Manage company accounting records.
• Manage accounts and financials.
• Perform audits.
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; maintaining filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
• Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions.
• HR-related functions.
• AR/AP.

Skills/Qualifications: 3+ years of Office Management or Related Experience, Managing Processes, Financial Software, Expenses, Financial Skills, Analyzing Information, Performance Management, Supply Management, Tracking Budget Expenses, Managing Processes, Developing Standards, Promoting Process Improvement, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills. Solid experience with QuickBooks is a MUST.
