Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Site Manager to support our offices and teams in Waverly, Waterloo, Mason City and Charles City.

What You'll Do
The Site Manager will coordinate and oversee daily operations that support a wide variety of services provided by LSI staff, including, but not limited to:
- Facilitating the onboarding process for all new hires in their area
- Supervising administrative support staff
- Maintaining personnel files and HRIS records
- Supporting payroll with accurate time reporting
- Serving as a member of the local leadership team
- Assisting in coordinating office moves and closures
- Supporting other procedures and agency administrative duties
Occasional travel between the sites will be required.
What You'll Need
Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma and a minimum of five years experience working in an administrative or operational capacity. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Previous experience with leadership, supervision, billing and human resources preferred.

This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record and the ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check.
