Office Manager

Growing Tax Firm looking for an Office Manager at our Tacoma location.

Duties:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email
- Manage tax filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Handles client documents with discretion and confidentiality
- Submit tax returns to the IRS
- Follow and implement new office policies and procedures
- Work to coordinate office events, such as team building activities or celebrations
- Support staff and provide guidance and support
- Scan and compile tax documents

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role (3+ years)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in tax
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
