Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and providing exceptional hospitality services. Responsibilities:
-Exceptional Customer Service and communication with our Patients and their families
-Enforcing Communication, Customer Service, Administrative Responsibilities and policies among our front staff
-On-the-spot problem solving
-Scheduling for our Front Administrative Team
-Maintaining a Clean and Welcoming environment
-Managing New Patient Intake
-Tracking calls and ensuring any missing calls are returned by a team member as quickly as possible
-Ensuring all calls, texts, and emails have been handled and completed prior to leaving
-Ensuring accuracy of information on patient records, collection of past dues, and compliance with financial policies
Qualifications:
-Understanding of Orthodontics is preferred, or at least previous dental office experience. Willing to train orthodontics procedures
