We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and help manage our office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of office procedures and protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule appointments for lawn care services, coordinating with technicians and General Manager as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and service logs in our database.
- Coordinate with our lawn care technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs and address any issues that may arise.
- Oversee billing and invoicing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the management team in various administrative tasks, as required.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving office processes and implementing efficient solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
