Waggoners Services is looking for a full-time Office Coordinator. The Office Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support for our company executives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
· Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
· Performing accounting duties as needed.
· Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and other tasks as needed
· Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
· Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
· Managing the executive’s calendar, schedule, and appointments.
· Coordinate and prioritize tasks to optimize the executive’s productivity.
· Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
