SalaryWe are looking for an EXPERIENCED, exceptional dental team member to join a thriving, respected dental practice. You would need to be able to coordinate all Front Office duties, as well as greeting our patients with a heart-warming welcome, and great attitude. Preferable knowledge of EAGLESOFT, but not a necessity . Amazing values, discipline, and work ethics are a must. If hired, you will be the heart of our practice.
Responsibilities:
- Handling all phone correspondence/Confirming appointments/Scheduling
- Tidiness of Front Office area
- Preparing all patient info/informed consents for each day
- Preparing treatment plans as well as reviewing w/patient with a firm but gentle approach.
- Knowledge of dental codes and filing dental insurance
- Collecting money/processing Insurance payments/deposits
- Receiving mail and distribution
- Update all patient records as needed
- Ordering of all Front Office supplies as needed
SKILLS:
- Proven work experience as a Front desk or Reception manager
- Hands on experience with computers, FAX machines and printers
- Proficiency in English (Oral and written)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Great organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Clinical abilities a plus
- High School Diploma/GED (anything above is a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
