SalaryOur pediatric dental office is looking for an experienced Dental Front desk team member/Insurance Coordinator. We are a fast paced office! We are in need of someone with a positive and outgoing personality, exceptional communication skills, and great attention to detail. In addition to providing excellent care to our patients, they will be able to professionally handle the following:
- Patient phone calls
- Appointment Schedule Management
- Greeting Patients
- Maintaining Patient Information (Up to Date/Current)
- Patient Treatment Plan Preparation and Discussion
- Computer Skills (Open Dental, Word)
- Insurance Benefit Verification and Filing
- Payments/Collections
Experience in a dental office is necessary for this position, but we’re also looking for candidates with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
