**Front Office Manager** **Duties:** - Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth daily operations - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records -
Assist with order entry, proofreading, and project coordination tasks - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Coordinate events and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements - Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks - Provide general clerical support to the office staff **Experience:** - Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting preferred - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in data entry and record keeping - Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents - Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously - Experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
