Volt is immediately hiring an Office Clerk for a local leading organization in Rio Rancho.
As an Office Clerk you will:
- Taking phone calls and accurate messages
- Performing document control
- Manage spread sheets and documentation
- Provide general office support
Office Clerk candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a relatable position
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Computer skills
- Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening requirements for consideration
This is a Full time Temp to hire position
The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm
Pay for this position is $15.00 per hour
Experience with the following is a plus:
- Administrative assistant
- Reception
- Document Administration
