SalaryThe Title Clerk/Receptionist job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Answering phones with appropriate greetings
-Greeting and directing customers
-Other general office duties
- Complete title and tax forms in CVR
- Put together deal jackets for new and used vehicles
- Prepare and process overnight shipments
- Complete all the paperwork required for new or used car registration and title.
- Maintain & reconcile schedules in relation to sales tax and license & title
- Work with sales department to close and finalize car deals in the accounting software
- Process and manage rebates and corresponding schedules
- Process and package bank contracts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
