Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Help maintain office calender
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in customer support or office administration is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping, including Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of phone systems and basic clerical procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.84 - $23.90 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
