SalaryOur client in Leander is searching for an Office Assistant to work on-site. Hours are 12pm to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Pay rate is $17-$20 hourly. Start ASAP
Responsibilities:
Perform various clerical and administrative duties.
Review clerical records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Generate invoices in Quickbooks.
Schedule clients.
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Dependable, loyal, and pleasant demeanor.
Ability to learn new information quickly.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience using general office equipment.
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
