Icon West, Inc. is looking for an organized and reliable Office Assistant Receptionist to undertake various clerical and administrative tasks, and to support our company’s senior-level managers.
Essential Functions, Job Duties, and Responsibilities:
· Answering and screening telephone calls
· Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and important events for executives
· Processing incoming mail and distributing outgoing mail
· Copying, scanning, and filing documents
· Typing various documents for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
· Ordering office supplies as needed
· Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with managers
· Organizing and maintaining the office filing system
· Making travel and accommodation arrangements
· Assist with other clerical tasks as needed
· Perform miscellaneous errands as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Two to three years’ experience in office administration
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills
· Trustworthy, helpful, and friendly
· Superb written and verbal communication skills
· Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
· Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
