Local HVAC/Refrigeration Company is looking for a team player who is self-motivated and reliable to assist with customer service, dispatching, and invoicing.We are looking for someone who:
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office products Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Has strong data entry skills
- Has a positive can-do attitude to provide fast, friendly, and fun service to new and existing clients
- Has the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast pace environment and have a specific attention to detail and be highly organized
- Has strong multitasking skills with the ability to stay productive during slow periods
- Is familiar with using a map to be able to schedule and dispatch service calls in a manner that logistically makes sense
Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent5+ years experience in a customer service environment or dealing with customers in a manner that is beneficial to both the customer and the company.Knowledge of standard concepts and procedures within HVAC/Refrigeration is helpful but we will train the right candidate.This is a full-time position available immediatelyHours are Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm (no overtime, no weekends)$14-$21 Per Hour ( Depending on Experience and Insurance Plan Selection)We offer the following:
