Office Assistant:
We are a 110-year manufacturer of portable folding furniture located in Conneautville, PA. We’re on the cutting edge of manufacturing; a thriving, growing company that is constantly seeking new ways to innovate and elevate our products and our processes.
Responsibilities:
Office Assistant reporting to the Office Manager and Accounting Manager. Job is in the primary office and will have responsibilities such as, but not limited to:
- Daily Accounts Payable
- Bi-weekly Check runs (with management supervision)
- Daily Cash receipts
- Accounts receivable aging (with management supervision)
- Ordering of office supplies
- Credit Memo’s, Refunds & Returns
- Prepare reports, as needed
- Filing
- Daily invoicing
- Production Entry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, basic computer skills. Use of Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus.
- Must be able to communicate with factory supervision effectively & follow company policies
Hours of operation/work, 8:00-4:30pm. Eligible for Full-time benefits including health insurance, life insurance and 401(k) & PTO.
