Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and Jobs.
- Math is required, general office filing.
- Assist with data entry, transcribing documents, and typing reports or correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,)
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Bi-lingual a plus. Must be reliable and punctual.
