TEMPORARY POSITION
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision of management and other office staff, this position requires a professional demeanor while maintaining various clerical functions within the office and clubhouse. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to maintain a professional image, while performing each essential duty satisfactorily. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Follow policies and procedures.
Submit Reports to General Manager
Assist with Human Resources Department
Ability to operate a fax, copier, computer/printer, and telephone.
Keyboarding, record processing, computerized data storage and retrieval
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
Show ability to prioritize work loads and demands
Demonstrate good listening skills.
Show good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a stressful environment.
Understand and carry out oral and written instruction
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
