Automatic Distributors is a leading Power Sports Distributor headquartered in Bangor, Maine. This growing company is currently seeking candidates for an entry level Administrative/Office Assistant opportunity in our Bangor, ME location
The Administrative/Office Assistant duties are, but not limited to:
· Answering phones
· Confirming orders
· Accounting functions
· Data entry
· Various office tasks
· Following up on customer inquiries
· Maintaining open communication with customers
· Strong computer skills
Qualified candidates must have:
- Office experience preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of general office procedures and practices
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willing to work in a team environment
- High School Diploma
