We are actively hiring experienced Server Assistants (SAs)/ Busser that have experience in fine dining only. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE A SERVER ASSISTANT. This position will require you to assist manager, servers, guests, and clean tables.
Must be detailed and have a polished appearance as well as proper mannerism towards guests.
During the weekday the pay is $100+ for about 5 hours plus your hourly wage.
On the weekend we are open for 6 hours and the pay will be more due to increased reservations plus your hourly.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering them
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and efficient food service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Skills:
- Knowledge of the food industry and food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills to create a positive dining experience
- Experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Willingness to help out in other areas of the restaurant, such as catering or food preparation, as needed
