Front Office Assistant
Job Description
Summary
The Front Office Assistant is primarily responsible for answering phones, welcoming people into the office, communicating with patients, referring dentists/staff, responding to voicemails. Additional duties include check in/out of patients, managing schedule, managing patient records, maintaining inventory, and ordering office supplies.
Essential Functions
1. Uses interpersonal skills to attend to patients on the phone and in person.
2. Respond and comply to requests for information.
3. Provides respectful and considerate care focused on patient’s individual needs.
4. Coordinate and organize appointments and administration to facilitate the efficient running of the practice.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
