Duties and Responsibilities
- Filing and electronic record keeping
- Retrieving and sorting mail from hospital and post office
- Assist in physician credentialing for insurance companies and satellite clinical sites
- Work closely with Senior Office Assistant on administrative tasks
Requirement profile
- 3-4 years experience as Office Assistant or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Excel required
- Team player: creative and flexible
- Efficient, independent, and organized
- Prior work in medical office preferred but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week

- Morristown, NJ 07960: Relocate before starting work (Required)
