Office Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include, data entry, mailing marketing materials and providing excellent customer support. Duties:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked

- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
