Arbor Masters, in Shawnee, KS, is looking for an energetic, outgoing part-time associate to answer phones during our peak seasons (March through November.) Arbor Masters, in Shawnee, KS, is looking for an energetic, outgoing part-time associate to answer phones during our peak seasons (March through November.) The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be willing to handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional attitude. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answering phones during key hours of (9 am - 3 pm) Monday-Thursday
- Taking customer information and entering requests into company database
- Taking messages and redirecting calls as required
- Must be friendly and able to maintain a positive attitude in high pressured environment.
- Must be a team player and work well with others.
- Great organizational skills, ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritize tasks.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to other departments on an as needed basis.
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Ability to troubleshoot customer requests.
- Customer service representative experience preferred.
- Potential for full time, if call volume is an all time high.
