Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining records
-process incoming orders, unboxing orders, process outgoing orders, maintain tracking sheet
- Scanning records into database
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments
- Fax management - incoming/ outgoing and monthly
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Previous experience in an Office Assistant or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
