Part Time Realtor / Office Assistant
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Following checklist and marketing procedures
- Calculating the ARV (After Repair Value)
- Verifying REHAB costs using Excel files
- Fill out paper work for rehab loans and construction draws
- Calculating MAO (Maximum allowable offer)
- Support other team members with various tasks as needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and customers
- Licensed Realtor, Title company experience, real estate coaching
- Any Lending environment experience
- Office Skills with 5 years’ experience minimum with Word, Excel, Gmail
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Using Social media (internet such as FB marketplace, FB groups, LinkedIn, Craigslist,
Paid advertising, Landing pages etc) and a CRM system to promote our real estate
services both buying/selling of houses and our coaching program
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation for occasional errands. (to rehab houses in progress)
- You must own a laptop and have reliable internet connection
- Smart cell phone with texting
- Willing to work 20 hours per week possibly spread over 5 days per week. ex: 9a-3p
- Living in St. Charles County is preferred
This position requires a candidate who is organized, customer service-oriented, and able to effectively communicate with a diverse market. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
To succeed in this role, you should have proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite. Your ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain accuracy in completing them will be essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also necessary for effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
