We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team. As our Office Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the project manager & lead estimator, submitting proposals & project documents, managing and inputing monthly billing data, helping with payroll data input, assisting the superintendent with job setups, and other general office duties such as general data input and answering phones. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, experience in the Microsoft suite and Quickbooks; patience, and would be considered a self-motivated self-starter. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- General office duties (data input, phones, filing)
- Assisting project manager/estimator by submitting proposals & project documents/email correspondence
- Assisting superintendent with job set up
- Provide support around office as needed
- Helping with monthly billings in Quickbooks
- Helping with payroll data input as needed
Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Microsoft Suite (Word/Excel)
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is recommended but not mandatory
- Previous Construction experience is helpful
- Works well with others, including general contractors
- Self motivated and able to work alone
- Considered a self-starter
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
