Leading supplier in laser printers and printer parts, located in Chino, CA. We are looking for a self-motivated and dependable full-time Office Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Process daily invoices and shipping labels in an accurate and efficient manner
- Monitor and follow through open sales orders
- Respond to customer inquiries and return requests
- Higher level of responsibilities based on performance
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or Associate degree
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word
- Minimum typing speed 45 wpm, 10-key
- Good verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented and deadline driven
- Amazon and eBay experience a plus

Pay rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
