Office Assistant

Job Description

Leading supplier in laser printers and printer parts, located in Chino, CA. We are looking for a self-motivated and dependable full-time Office Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily invoices and shipping labels in an accurate and efficient manner
• Monitor and follow through open sales orders
• Respond to customer inquiries and return requests
• Higher level of responsibilities based on performance

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or Associate degree
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word
• Minimum typing speed 45 wpm, 10-key
• Good verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented and deadline driven
• Amazon and eBay experience a plus

Pay rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
